Am I good enough to play?

We're all about having fun and no one expects you to be perfect. As long as you're able to learn and play the parts you signed up for then you're good to go! But with that said, if you sign up then make sure you know your parts.

How Can I Be Sure I Know My Parts?

If this is your first “sesh” and you have never performed in a band (and we mean any band - even your high school jazz ensemble!) then feel free to submit a video of you running through your part. We'll take a look and make sure we match you with a group with the same level of performance experience.

What do I bring to the session?

Our rehearsal spaces are fully equipped with everything we need to rock. That includes amps, drums, mics, etc. Drummers bring your sticks. Everyone else should bring their guitar/bass, any pedals you might want to use, and enough cables to hook it all up.

When are you coming to my location?

We're currently starting in Boston and the surrounding area but have plans to roll out to other cities in the near future. Please send us a message if you'd like to suggest we come to your town next!

Do you offer lessons?

Yes. We provide online lessons for anyone who wants help with their parts. Just send us a message and we'll connect you with one of our expert musicians to get you where you need to be.

How do I learn my parts?

You're free to learn your part however you want. Some people like learning on their own using tabs and tutorial (like the ones we provide on each song page) while other have an existing music teacher and can learn during their weekly lessons.

What if I can't make session I signed up for?

If you have a conflict or haven't learned your parts then let us know ASAP and we will refund your sign up fee as long as at least one week before the session date so we have time to find a replacement.
